This regulation has been in force since May 25, 2018. Personal data is processed in accordance with this legislation.
Colmena only processes personal data to comply with a legal obligation or if it has been provided for the execution of an agreement. By doing so, you expressly grant Colmena permission to process your personal data for the intended purposes. Personal data is only processed in secure environments and systems, which are not accessible to the public. All our employees also receive clear guidelines and are made aware of and sensitized to the handling and processing of your personal data.

You always have the (legal) right to access your personal data.
You always have the (legal) right to complete or correct your personal data, in whole or in part. If Colmena no longer has legal grounds to continue processing your data, or if your data is no longer necessary for the intended service, you have the right to request deletion of your personal data.
